Our Story
Hitomods is the collaboration of a father-son duo, transforming classic Game Boys into an elevated retro gaming experience. Our journey began when I shared my original Game Boy with my son, Nolan. While he loved the gift, the dim screen paled in comparison to modern devices. This experience sparked our joint venture into designing and modding Game Boys, igniting our shared passion for reviving and enhancing these timeless devices with a human touch, embodying the spirit of ‘Hito’ in every mod.
